Location: The foyer next to Landing Ballroom C
Poster Size (Recommended): 85cm (W) × 120cm (H)
Evaluation Time : May 12 (Mon), 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Poster Mounting Time : May 11 (Sun), 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Poster Removal Time : May 12 (Mon), 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
•Poster session judges may ask questions during the evaluation period. Please be present in the poster presentation area at 9:00-10:00 on Monday, May 12.
•Prepare your poster according to the specified dimensions .
•Please attach your poster within the scheduled display time.
•It is recommended that posters remain displayed for the entire duration of the conference. Posters not collected after the designated removal time may be discarded by the organizers.
